Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Peptide Science.
All materials supplied through this website are intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical and scientific research applications.
Shipping Destinations
Peptide Science currently ships to:
- United Kingdom
- Selected European Union (EU) destinations
Availability of shipping to individual EU countries may vary and may be subject to courier availability, local restrictions and import requirements.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we are unable to legally or practically ship to the requested destination.
UK Shipping
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are typically dispatched using tracked courier or postal services where available.
EU Shipping
Orders may be shipped to selected European Union destinations.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import controls, local taxes, duties, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country, customs authority, courier or other third party.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
The purchaser is responsible for checking whether the products ordered may legally be imported into the destination country.
Any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges or other charges imposed after dispatch are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically indicated.
Peptide Science does not control customs authorities and cannot predict whether additional charges will be imposed or the amount of those charges.
We are not responsible for customs charges, import duties, taxes or similar fees imposed by authorities or third parties.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, border procedures or import clearance processes that are outside our reasonable control.
If a shipment is refused, returned, held, seized or otherwise affected by local customs or import regulations, any resolution will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to applicable law.
Customers are strongly advised to check the import requirements of their destination country before placing an order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be provided.
Where applicable, tracking details will also be supplied and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after collection by the courier.
Estimated Delivery Time
United Kingdom
Estimated UK delivery time is approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
European Union
Estimated EU delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier service and customs processing.
International delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs processing, border controls, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided following dispatch.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after the parcel has entered the courier network.
For international shipments, tracking updates may temporarily pause while a parcel is undergoing customs or border processing.
Secure Transit Packaging
Research materials are securely packaged to help protect package and product integrity during transportation.
Packaging is selected according to the nature and format of the materials being dispatched.
Temperature-Sensitive Research Materials
Certain research materials may be sensitive to temperature or prolonged environmental exposure.
Orders are prepared and packaged with transport conditions in mind.
However, delivery conditions may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Purchasers should inspect their order promptly following delivery and follow any product-specific storage information provided.
Shipping Information
Purchasers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
This includes the recipient name, delivery address, postal code, contact number and any additional information required by the courier.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact Peptide Science as soon as possible.
Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping information.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery details.
International Import Responsibility
Customers placing orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all applicable laws, import rules and regulations in the destination country.
Peptide Science cannot provide country-specific legal or customs advice.
Acceptance of an order does not constitute confirmation that the products may legally be imported into the destination country.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or appears to have been lost during transportation, please contact Peptide Science as soon as possible.
We may request photographs, packaging information, tracking information or other relevant details to assist with the investigation.
Where necessary, we will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
For international shipments, additional investigation time may be required where customs authorities or overseas courier partners are involved.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
